By addressing these needs, we can create a center that supports students throughout their education and prepares them to serve patients with competence, compassion, and confidence.

•  Secure the property with fencing, gates, lighting, security equipment, and other measures that protect students, instructors, staff, and facilities.

• Construct and improve classrooms, laboratories, offices, clinical practice rooms, and shared spaces that support teaching and learning.

• Establish reliable water, electricity, sanitation, internet access, and backup power systems that keep the center operating safely and consistently.

• Provide medical equipment, laboratory supplies, computers, books, desks, and other essential resources students need to succeed.

• Recruit and support qualified nursing instructors who can provide strong academic guidance, mentorship, and practical training.

• Expand hands-on learning opportunities that help students strengthen their clinical judgment, communication skills, and confidence.

• Support students with educational needs such as tuition assistance, uniforms, textbooks, transportation, meals, and other barriers that may affect their ability to complete their training.
